The machine is capable of operating a shaft on both sides at the same time and can do different operations.

In section 1 we are turning the part to the final length, we chamfer both ends and we drill the hole for later tapping of M6 threads including countersink.

In section 2 we are cutting the two M6 threads from both sides.

Section 3 is clamping and turning the part to machine the two recesses a speciality of our machine design.

The modular set up of this new design is created for individual applications adaptable to our customers requirements.
